I would rather beat the game quickly, pokebank and play again than grinding and getting through it once.
Besides, levelling, EV training, and even breeding are just obstacles to frontier/subway/pwt/maison/whatever. I don't have fun doing that stuff, I just want to battle. So sorting through that quicker makes the games better. IMO.
