You want to read up on the imgur guide in the OP. You're running way too many energies and Pokemon with not nearly enough trainers that actually do things. Cut out Potion and Pokeball for things like Sycamore.

Less skyla (you don't have enough trainers to search on the same turn, if you did, you'd be running Trainer's Mail instead, really just run those). Cut Pokeball for Ultra Ball so you don't have to rely on coin flips. Especially if you have Shaymin. You won't need 4 Wally. Leafeon isn't really that good at all. Try Sceptile if you're going for an EX anyway. Better synergy with Ariados.
