Finished lance on HGSS. Only member lost was slowbro who died to a crit outrage. Nothing of value was lost. This thing was so bad, that I had to EV train it 24 Sp.Atk EVs so that it could 2HKO lance's dragonite. Mind you, 6 Sp.Atk IV, 0 Sp.Atk EV, negative Sp.Atk nature would have been sufficient, which it was lacking in. Won't be doing Kanto, because I used save states, because I forgot to do the up+select+B thing before making a new save and couldn't be arsed to redo the start. Apparently you get throw back to the title screen after defeating the league, which had me starting at a previous run right before I got wiped by a bayleaf.
