Like, if I drew a picture of a girl almost exactly like Dawn but with red hair but told everyone she was actually a millennia old shape shifting Latias that liked to take this from, would it really make a difference than if I drew the same girl and said it was my original character Dawn's long lost cousin who's 12 years old? Or if I drew a naked picture of Dawn with fangs and said it's Dawn but she's an ageless vampire now and she's been a vampire for 30 years? She's a fucking cartoon, guys. You can say she's whatever age you want, but her age doesn't matter because she's a damn cartoon.
