The solrock was a really dumb one. I had the double battle going with pelipper and solrock and I put a toxic on wobb, then started spamming reflect with solrock and fly with pelipper on solrock so as not to hit wobb.
He gets really low so I'm like ok lol I'll just pick it off with solrock TOTALLY FORGETTING HE HAD BEEN SPAMMING DESTINY BOND

I think I'm going to go for sharpedo and hopefully get a lanturn or something? If not then I'll see what luck I get in sky pillar. I think that's the only encounter left besides water routes.
Luckily armaldo is a BEAST.
