Steelix and Kadabra.
This is actually really easy providing he hasn't seen me, more difficult if he has. Pets probably aren't stored in balls, so I can start issuing orders before he releases his pokemon.
If I'm unseen, Steelix is in charge of bringing the house down on our heads, which is my first order. If the guy is still unaware, all he'll notice is the house shaking more and more, and if he's really not smart he won't immediately try to send any pokemon out to pre-emptively protect himself while he searches for my mum. Kadabra is then on anti-ball duty, catch/remove them from him with Confusion and move them to a neutral location. His pokemon aren't necessarily as unbalanced as their trainer, so there's no need to harm them if I can avoid it. My last order to Steelix is to hold me in it's mouth and Dig away (I'm 12, so I can fit, and I can't get swallowed because Steelix's digestive tract is built for soil not bodies).
..
Now, if he found me first then it's a bit harder, since he'll probably release pokemon to intimidate me or worse in place of the mum he can't find. I talk to stall as long as possible, as I rely on Kadabra's telepathy to issue orders around. Kadabra is to flee immediately to the Police Station using Teleport, and Steelix is to Dig and ready itself underground. Kadabra then brings the closest officer up to speed again with Telepathy. As I exhaust what is likely very little of this guy's patience, Steelix is to explode from the floor, likely throwing the guy and his Pokemon into disarray by virtue of Steelix's size and the room's environment subsequently going to fuck. Finally, in the moment I'm obscured, Kadabra is to use Ally Switch. Kadabra and Steelix are then to flee as soon as possible, via Teleport and Dig, ideally while the guy is still shocked by the chaos and the kid apparently being a Kadabra.
If everything goes off like these, either the house collapses on top of him or the Police are notified, and I escape either way.
