Why can't the makers of any pokemon series produce episodes as well as "Electivre vs Infernape" consistently? I'd watch the fuck out of the show if the characters used attacks that made sense and used actual strategy instead of relying on the power of love.
I was just re-watching Pokemon Origins. The first time Red fights Giovanni, Nidoqueen vs Zard, was a great scene. Nidoqueen counters flamethrower with a completely unexpected surf. Then they drop the ball on their main battle and it's like they just fucking gave up.
So tell me vp, why does it have to be this way? Also, are there any other good battles in the anime I should be sure to watch?
