"I have. Believe me, it wouldn't be enough."
"Why not?"
"I consider him more important, I don't think a little apology would suit him, but at the same time, I don't want to do something too big. It's very complex, my apologies if it sounds so....stupid."
"Oh no, no no, I understand. I've been going through a similar situation myself."
"You have?"
"Y-Yes, but um, let's hear more from you first.~"
In order to further get her mind off of the subject of you, you twirl her around. She looks at the ceiling, ponders about something for a moment, and then continues.
"Well, as I've said, it's quite complicated. This boy does so much for me, he puts in legitimate effort in everything he does, and even if he fails, his morale rarely wanes, I feel terrible because I barely acknowledge all of these things."
"Why? Is there something wrong with praising him?"
"It would be wrong on my side, yes. See, this may sound quite embarrassing, but...he has a particular admiration for me."
"A crush?"
"Yes, ever since we met, it's a ticking time bomb that's slowly been developing inside of him. I don't know what to do... I wasn't expecting that to happen when I started accompanying him."
"For what reason do you have to tag-along with him?"
"I'm a journalist, you see. I'm really supposed to just be recording his adventure as a trainer, though as you can probably tell--it's expanded greatly from just that."
A) "Perhaps you should just let him down nicely?"
B) "Are you...enamored by him as well?"
C) "Would you say that he's a good trainer?"
