I doubt Normal, Grass, or Rock will be significantly better than its Skill Link attacks, so an emergency "fuck most steel types" for Cinccino taking advantage of that it can learn Dig would be good. But if Ground's Z-Move is Special and not Physical I might try to go for Fighting off of Focus Blast instead. But I don't even know how base power and phys/spec works with it, so I'll see how things go.
And of course I'll probably play around with it on other Pokemon, but I want my Cinccino to be the best it can be.
