I should say, I love the game immesily, and it's charm has captured me completely. I just want to be able to catch them all, and have the game tipped a little in the player's favor by letting there be an NPC that could raise IV's to perfect.
I didn't know they were adding things to fix this, though it seems like a no brainer looking back. Thanks
