By the way if you don't have a slowbro/armoruge you can join a coordinate and join a raid with one slowbro in it that has pic related build. Then you do literally nothing, maybe heal cheer occasionally, and wait for slowbro to throw up psychic terrain at which point you can helping hands or something. I just did this to help out friends who don't have builds ready
