Olympia will trash ash so hard that he'll be stumped as to what to do. After a rematch and no succesful strategy against it, Frogadier will evolve at the last second and steamroll with its Psychic immunity.
I guarantee you that it's how it'll go, my only doubt is if Olympia will be defeated in one battle or if there will be a rematch. It makes sense considering that by that time, Ash would have destroyed almost all the gym leaders already and the league would be near.
