You can only have one Apex Shadow Ho-Oh and even if you have two Moltres/Entei it still has a place on your team of 6 along side whatever mega you're using. Apex Ho-Oh was only considered dissapointing since you paid 15 dollars for whats essentially a side grade. Then again if Niantic had made Ho-Oh massively better than all other fire types everyone would have screamed pay to win.
Johto tour was just dissapointing all around and the Apex's were the icing on the cake.
