Honestly, it feels like a decently prepared Pokemon trainer should be able to weather the waves and survive until help arrives at the very least. The real issues I see are the giant orb of Terastal juice being dislodged by the water, Chargestone cavern just being flooded and the fact that most of the wild Pokemon in the Terrarium are screwed without recompose.
