>>50139938yeah it's a context thing, the movie takes place in Alto Mare, basically a stand in for Venice, so there's water ways and small bridges all over the place that Latias and her brother flew through/under a lot. So the perspective is speaking down under one of the bridges to see Ash and Latias passing through. It's really sweet and matches the tone and lighting of the movie really well.
