>>57391494Please no I don't want flashbacks to the One Piece fandom not like this>>57390888I know I said it before, but I still can't wrap my head around the fact that fujoshi have been somewhat pushed out of these threads, especially when all my previous experiences in every husbando space I've ever been to on the internet was always filled to the gills with yaoi and often the default for liking fictional guys at all. It always felt like we had both here but this sudden coldness towards non-yume adjacent ships is weird. And yet... in a way, almost cathartic. I never felt welcomed as a yume in most husbando-focused places and had to pretend to be a fujo, but here I feel like I have some wiggle room for once. Sadly, it seems other yumes are hard to talk to if you both share the same husbando. But I digress, I think the "yume" part of the OP should be changed at the very least to something like "yume and fujo friendly" or just removed entirely, likely the latter would be better. No need to specify how to enjoy husbandos.
But here's some useless knowledge that makes me look like an oldfag: Back in the 2010s, "Pokeboy" used to just mean any male character regardless of age and not specifically the younger ones, while "Husbando" was actually the term pokephile barafag threads used. Sometimes, "Pokemen" was used for human baraposting but for the most part there wasn't much of a distinction between the shotas and the ossans in Pokeboy threads. These days, "Pokeboy" is for shotas while "Pokemen" seems to be the pokephile barafag term and "husbando" is, well, here. At least, that's what I've noticed in my time on this board, and I've been here for a while. I'm thankful that shotacons and pokephiles have their own threads to post in peace and we have ours.
>>57390274It must be, if I managed to somehow stumble my way into a stable relationship. But it isn't the most important thing in the world to have a partner if you don't really want or need one.
