>>564264792. This is tricky because it's easy to over add moves to a Pokemon. Tidy Up would give her new utility as a hazard remover, which helps bolster her identity as a support mon. Slack Off is another move that would give her more survivability which she needs. I think these are the best new moves to add, as they are fitting for a cat who prefers to spend her days napping and grooming herself. I have a few other ideas as well. Delcatty is a Pokemon that is often used for inflicting status conditions. Both of the Cipher Admins who specialized in inflicting status conditions used Delcatty on their teams. So I would like to add a few more moves to build up that playstyle. Tri Attack can not only inflict status effects, but Delcatty needs more special attacks. Despite being a mixed attacker, Delcatty has a learned heavily favoring physical attacks, so letting her learn a special normal attack, preferably through level-up, would make using a Special Attack Delcatty in a normal playthrough more viable. Next, did you know in XD Delcatty can learn Sweet Kiss, and it's the only game where she can learn that move? Now it isn't the best move, but I figure since she could learn it in one game, she should be given it as a normal level-up move. Since we are giving her Sweet Kiss, give her access to Body Slam as well, since she could also learn that in the past. I would make egg moves like Sucker Punch and Fake Out normal level-up moves as well. I think that is about it without getting too crazy.
