Based on the snowy owl, the Hokkaido fishing owl, and a spearfisher - rugged, experienced survivalist and warrior trained for the harsh and untamed environment of Hisui.

Based on volcanic lightning and traditional Ainu (the natives of Hokkaido aka Hisui/Sinnoh) bear worship. Relates back to the spiritual theme of Sinnoh as well as the savage untamed nature of Hisui. Has kind of a soothsayer thing going on with its natural disaster theming.
