If they bring back following/riding Pokemon I'd like to see my trainer ride on Silvally's back too. Not to mention, it's impossible to use a lv.100 Pokemon to stomp the game anyway remember? You need badge requirements to use traded Pokemon or they don't listen.

Even if all Pokemon are in the same generation, they won't be usable across the whole generation. Say Minccino is in SnS but isn't in the DP remake, the two games are incompatible because DP Switch has no Minccino data.
