It's also bulky enough to survive 1-2 hits from Reshiram depending on its IVs and nature. Excadrill also has the ability to go really fast in sandstorm. Alternatively, with a few minutes of Power Anklet training, Excadrill can outspeed the Reshiram since it only has default IVs, EVs, and Nature. I didn't even need to use these because my team was already competent enough to handle a single Pokemon, but even I can recognize when the game is handing you the answer to your problems right before the battle happens.
