And even if you can't make a full immunity team, you can still easily win by just repeating ad nauseam "Attack with three members, spam cure with the fourth"
There's absolutely no strategy involved in JRPGs, and "hard modes" are pathetic. All they do is increase numbers, which means they just force you to grind more for absolutely no reason.
