I THINK. The rules CAN be simple, but they usually are.
IF champ calls "new team" the fastest 6 anons to get their suggestions in on time will be able to see them on champs newest team. IF he calls "new champ" then the quickest trip to understandably claim gets to be our newest champ. Calls only count in thread! Lurk, maybe?
