Asking about main series
I know natures give or take 10% advantage on certain stats. Is that more or less percentagewise to IVs of 10 compared to the same pokemon with IVs of 31? Basically which should i care more about and which one is just min/maxing?

Also what should i look for when trading on pokemon HOME app? There are only natures stated, beside abilities, moves etc obv, but no IVs i can see
