As we all know, dragon types got massively nerfed in this gen with the introduction of fairy type. Currently the top fairy types are Togekiss & Azumarill, so please add them on top of the usual dragon counter such as Skarmory, Heatran, Ferrothorn, Jirachi, Scizor, etc when you're theorymonning their usual counters
From versatility alone, I'd personally vote DNite. This set has very few counters:
Dragonite @Weakness Policy (+2SPAtk, +2Atk if hit by SE moves)
Multiscale
Adamant
252ATK/252Speed
Dragon Dance
Thunderpunch
Outrage
Earthquake
