My personal version of in game autism makes me want at least a neutral nature or ideally a competitive nature. The random evs that poke money get on the adventure triggers me so I tend to use mixed mons that benefit from all evs. (For example in hgss using starmie to stomp Lance gives lots of attack evs, obviously triggering me.) I always use pspokes iv calculator to make sure their ivs are at least around 10-15. (Except in the case of starmie having imperfect attack iv etc.)
Also if the characteristics don't make sense for the species I get triggered. (Once had a gyarados that "likes to run.")
