Mudkip is my second starter ever (Treecko being my first, but Swampert is the first starter Pokemon I beat an Elite Four with), and I find Swampert to be one of the most reliable Pokemon. It somehow made it into most of my in game teams ever since (after the main game). That's when I realized it's my favorite Pokemon.
It's really hard to describe as to why I think Swampert is my favorite Pokemon. I just love everything about it.
