There, now Shiftry and Cacturne have different roles, and both are usable in higher tiers. Switch Cacturne in on a special sweeper, set up a SD, and then sucker punch away. Shiftry's new speed stat makes it usable outside of sun, and it can be used as a be-all-end-all speedster in doubles, especially with Groudon.
