Building my first competitive team ever, basing it on a lot of memes I've been reading from /cftg/ threads the last couple weeks and I need a lot of help. I've only bred two good (5 max IV, 1 Very Good IV) Inteleons that I'm not using, want to breed some more good mons.

https://pastebin.com/75MA2cpaI also have a choice band'd Atk/Spe Zamazenta close combat slut but I can't use that in competitive. I want to get good at primarily 3v3 so I know a Rain team would be helpful, but I feel like I want to be more versatile than that.
I know very little about team composition, but I think I need tankier dudes. Whatever Wall mons you guys recommend I'll start breeding because I really enjoyed that.
