Poliwrath gets Drain Punch and add +10 to his speed.
Ursaring, Beartic, and Bewear (maybe Tyhplosion, is he a bear?) get a new signature move called "Maul"
Maul BP 50, accuracy 100%
Some mechanics of Rage but matches the users type.
M-Steelix drops the ground type and gets fairy. Gets a different ability, maybe Strong Jaw.
Lunatone, Solrock, and Cosmoem called orbit which removes hazards (except for sticky web) on your side of the field, if there are hazards the ability acts like rough skin. When switched out the hazards drop back onto your side of the field again but don't hurt the incoming Pokemon.
Primeape gets a new ability "Fist First" Automatically gets off a BP Physical 50 Fighting attack when switched in.
Mega Launcher now has more moves that work with it (Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Flash Cannon, Fling, Signal Beam, Hyper Beam, Hydro Cannon, or any other move I missed that would reasonably be used with the Pokemons cannon).
Bullet Proof now stops moves boosted by Hydro Cannon.
The ability Battery is given out to Voltorb, Electrode, Magnemite, Magneton, and Magnezone.
New feature, certain abilities can be taunt to other Pokemon via the daycare (probably with a new item). For example, you put in a Clawitzer and a Magmortar into the daycare together and after a bit of time Magmortar gets Mega Launcher (which includes it's expanded move set from above). Obviously not all abilities wouldn't work (like no Thick Fur Avalugge, but would be things thematically appropriate for that Pokemon, like Thick Fur Flareon, Defiant Taurus, Dancer Spinda, Corrosion Muk, Comatose Snorlax/Musharna, Cheek Pouch Raichu, Queenly Majesty Nidoquen/Vespiquen, Multiscale Arbok, etc. Basically giving older Pokemon new abilities and viability).
Cut: Now a steel type move with a bp of 40 with a 100% chance to lower either attack or defense (50/50 chance on either).
Ice types get a defense buff in Hail.
Alright rip my stupid ideas to shreds.
