Just finished Xenoblade and about to start on 2. I have to say, after years of being a strictly turn-based fag, these games did a lot to convert me and I actually wouldn't mind if Pokemon did a similar style real time battle system. Granted, GF would have to make it a good system. But I think the games would be more exciting.
