http://3ds.pokemon-gl.com/user/V-458-3706-W/secretbaseUpdated base. My team has 3 level 100 Blissey all holding Toxic Orbs and all only know Healing Wish. The base is on the island just below the entrance to Shoal Cave. Surf is required the first time but you can fly right to the island after the first visit and walk down from the sign. The flag is to the right of the entrance, not blocked, and I'm upstairs against the wall with a trick decoration somewhere in the room. The battle format is triples so you can easily train a full team at once by switching and letting the Blissey KO themselves from poison. For flag collectors, I collect every day, I don't know if that affects whether or not you'll get flags from adding me to your base, and one of my 'secret skills' is treasure hunting which can give a float stone or something decent to sell, including Pearls, Nuggets, Big Nuggets and Comet Shards.
