>>56734778Tepig is a pure Fire type. It doesn't get any Fighting type moves until it evolves, though I suppose if you're not running any other early Pokemon you could get to level 17/18 early enough to have Pignite for the fight.

You've got Simisear by that point if you want to use a monkey for a free win, but you also have access to Darumaka which is also a free win. Tranquill, Swoobat, Golbat/Crobat, and even Whirlipede all shit on Leavanny. The only way I could imagine someone running Dewott having an issue with Leavanny is if you're running monotype or a mono-Pokemon team.
