I don't know how to breed like a pro, and have no time for it. I would, however, offer my left nut, or a shiny, quiet, female Arcanine I've caught as a Growlithe and named it Shiba. what I want in return;
an Inkay, male or female, with the ability contrary, that's a must. it may either be adamant, or brave. anything else isn't an exception. I would like max IVs on at least attack and special defense. --MAYBE-- an egg move or two that would benefit its ability Contrary, ie psycho boost, close combat, charge beam, overheat. I'll change Shibas nickname to your liking if you'd like. maybe this is asking for too much, but, you'd have yourself hells' offspring. the egg moves, they're optional, so, yea.
