Whiscash is one of those mons with mediocre offenses that really hates it when its access to Toxic is cut off. Weather Ball is actually really cool, but wasted on Whiscash's inability to boost its tepid special offenses. Liquidation offers a new alternative to Waterfall.
My bro could have really used an actual buff this generation Gamefreak. This is one of the hardest Ground Pokemon on this list to fit onto a team. And for a mon with such a derpy cute design and cool inspiration, that's a tragedy.
