Also a good time to bring up that since it's a worse H-Lilligant, it's going to always be a tier below H-Lilligant. H-Lilligant probably won't be able to survive in 1st month OU, even with New Toy Syndrome, since it just gets mercilessly mauled by all the other new toys. It's kinda like how Espathra fell to UU despite being an absolute beast. This means that H-Lilligant is going to place downward pressure on H-Decidueye, which will invariably fall to RU. The low tier heroes there are all poised to make H-Decidueye's life hell, so it's very likely that it will drop to NU before possibly being banned.
