Do they increase the dex size to 500-600, or do they just cut out some things already in so it stays around the 400 mark?
If it's the former than there's literally no reason to buy the vanilla versions, and if they keep adding in new Pokemon every few years then there's literally no reason for the dex cut in the first place.
