Same goes for their parents, their parents lie to themselves, hoping and praying that this is just a phase, that they'll get their son back, but it usually doesn't happen until their son ends up in a five-figure debt looking like a 2/10 woman, ending the bloodline right there and making it absolutely permanent when they finally slit their wrists in the bathtub and die.
Not to mention his parents finally burying him using his male name in a male suit, pretending the trans phase never happened.
That said, FtMs usually do okay, though, even without the surgery, it's pretty easy for women to transition and pass as men, hell, even just enough red meat and exercise can do it. You do you, ladies.
