Doing a Pokédex with just 150 feels pretty small, once you start thinking of things like time of day or version exclusives or having at least one evolution for each evolution stone. I put this one together thinking of going from the starting town through a meadow, then a mine, then a cold forest, then a large city, then a frozen/haunted sea, then a decrepit castle where the final encounter would be. I suppose you have to think of it in terms of Gen 1, a lot of identical pokemon on a lot of routes, and some weird ones that you can buy or get in a safari zone.
