>>40559918I have a few official guides, but honestly the convenience of using an online guide is much easier than pulling out a book. It's a more "fun" experience to open a guidebook and see all of the pictures I guess. It's really more for kids to use, and adults to collect (if anything). Eventually all the info from the books will just be pasted onto Serebii anyways.
I used to go into Borders or Barnes and Noble with my DS and read the official RSE/FRLG/DPPt/HGSS guides in the cafe for hours. Really makes me feel old.
