Well in every season they make Ash pathetically weak so he has to train with his new pokemon over and over again in *EVERY* season of Pokemon anime. It keeps the series going. If Ash always wins then he would get respect from the Pokemon community. But the Pokemon producer/writers have gone too far. I mean Ash loses to trainer who barely even made(like Cameron, Tobias and Richie) until that day Ash have been training for years with newest Pokemon and his useless Pikachu.
Since the late 1990s, Ash Ketchum has been training his. And with a decade plus under his belt (23 years, actually), you'd think he'd be pretty good. You'd be wrong.
In Pokémon League, in which trainers have their Pokemon battle, it always seems like he's losing. Well, that's because he is.
In SM anime, they make Ash even worst than BEST WISHES series. Not to mention changing his personality drastically increases even stupid.
