When you order something it'll be shipped to their location then you can select the shipping you want when it arrives there, they all vary in delivery times and pricing but one of the options can come in like 2 days. I think they also charge like a 300 yen service fee when you buy/complete a bid and sometimes you'll have to pay another postage fee from the seller thats usually like 600 yen. With customs you'll have to check as it will depend on what country you're in
