Normals had a hard life. Even with the insane recent powercreep, most early Gen meta starlets still hold up somewhat (Mew, TTar, and Zapdos are OU, Zam has bounced around OU and UU for generations, Gengar is still only UUBL after the Levitate gut, Latis are UUBL, Jirachi is UU, etc.) but every normal that isn't a Chansey has really hit the shitter. The only other type I'd think would be in consideration for "most nerfed type" would be Dragon but even then it doesn't come fucking close.
