3 Deoxys on Bench gives +30 to Absol.
Silver Bangle gives +30 to Absol.
If your opponent has a full bench (Which looks like a fucking trend on the current meta) that's Mind Jack for 20+6= 120 +30 (Deoxys) +30 (Bangle) that's the Magic number of 180, which OHKO any pokemon on the format without a tool or help of a stadium.
If your opponent doesn't have a full bench just drop the 4th Deoxys EX and Hypnotoxic Laser+Virbank City Gym.
That's +40 damage which means you can OHKO an EX with your opponent just having 3 Benched pokemon.
If you want to go full consistency 4 Absol PLF and 4 Deoxys EX PLF is ok for a pokemon line.
If you want to be more tricky, you can add 2-3 Sableye DEX and 2-3 Enhanced Hammers to keep Junk Hunting for them and strip a plasma deck from energies, stall with Hypnotoxic, etc.
