It would be cool if Citra actually managed to emulate that stuff so that we would be able to cut the 3DS out of the equation completely, but that's impossible as far as I know because all 3DSs should have unique signatures.
I'm just cursing myself for losing my fucking 3DS along with a Gardevoir I've had for a long time, and now I wonder if there would be a way to use pkhax to get her to gen 8 somehow.
