>>53478152I think this is an unfair assessment, you need multiple plans for dealing with Lax but you don't need a hard counter to every set on your team, and you have some variety in your answers to Lax. You *can* use something like Skarm + Miltank to try and explicitly counter Lax, but more teams just use Cloy/TTar/Golem as stopgaps and try to kill it or force it to Rest with Spikes + Thief, Spikes + Thunder, Explosions, Machamp, opposing Cursers, etc.
Fun tier, though even offense vs offense is a lot slower than new gens so there's a reason it's unpopular.
