But yeah, Pokemon makes more sense with regular animals existed as inferior creatures whose sole purpose is to serve as food for superior beings (be it humans or pokemon) than the bullshit we have now in which pokemon eat each others (basically cannibalism since they can breed and communicate) and humans eat pokemon (basically eating highly intelligent pets).
