Made a second one.
Gym Leader's name is Blaze. He is one of the oldest trainers in the region. He is a former war general and once held the title of the Champion. He eventually decided to live peacefully in his hometown as a Gym Leader after he retired from his position.
He is very old-fashioned and conservative. He believes in absolute order and following the pre-established rules. He also firmly believes in societal hierarchy.
Because of the generation he was raised in, Blaze is battle hardened and believes that strength is what defines a person. He believes that Dragons are the symbol of strength and class.
Due to his old-fashioned beliefs about Dragon supremacy, he has a hard time tolerating Fairies, as they are a recent discovery. When the League decided to appoint a Fairy-type Gym Leader in the region, he was vehemently against it.
Despite being a conservative old man, he has been very welcome to new battle mechanics like Mega Evolution and Dynamaxing because of his fascination with strength. His relationship with Altaria has made him slightly more lenient towards Fairies.
Blaze believes that strength matters more than anything in a trainer. Thus, he doesn't bother with setting up "useless" puzzles in his gym. Instead, he makes his challengers fight extremely skilled trainers. He believes that a trainer needs to prove their worth to him as a fighter so he makes the battle extremely hard. He is considered the strongest Gym Leader in the region.
The gym is located in Draco Village. The village is not very big or technologically advanced but the residents are all from high-class and respected lineages. The village is filled with culture and history and it has the reputation of producing some of the strongest trainers in the region. The village is located in a plateau secluded from urban areas. It is extremely hard to get there and only trainers who can live through tough trials of nature are able to visit the village.
The Gym looks like a medieval castle.
