I'm not sure if the characters' arguments make total sense, so it would be helpful to hear what other people think about it.
And to conclude, I also have a sort of announcement, though I'm not sure if that's really the right word for something as relatively insignificant as this: I'm considering putting this story on hold for a bit. Partially because I still haven't figured out where to take it exactly (though I have ideas), but also because I've had some other ideas floating around my head that I'd like to try out before too long.
and also because there's been very little reaction to this story so I'm losing motivation to write it but that doesn't mean I'll stop it because I'm always one to finish what I started so I'll definitely finish this thing even if it kills meAnyway, point is, I'm considering taking some time to plan out the story a bit more before writing the next chapter, and maybe even write a shorter one or two chapter side story in the meantime to keep things moving. Therefore, while OoCI isn't cancelled, it might take a while to update again, but not a super long time by any means.
So, stay tuned. If you so choose.
