Will the Matsuda Method work with a pokemon from a cartridge purchased in the USA and a pokemon froma a cartridge purchased in Mexico? I've tried googling, but no one can give a definitive answer. Some people are saying the regions have to be different, other people are saying just the countries, and other people are saying the languages have to be different. Also, a few people are saying that the pokemon sold in Mexico is just the one from the USA. Is that true? Does anyone have an answer to these questions?
