dragon breeder here, I'd suggest replacing Flygon, Dragalge, and Kingdra (if your not using rain) with dragonite, hydergon/Noivern , and salamence.
fun fact: both dragonite and salamence can run special sets. dragonite gets special mention if you use rain. Haxorus Is outclassed by salamence, garchomp and dragonite as a physical sweeper but if your worried about rock weakness then consider it but choose a more useful item. With wide lens its only helping one move go from 70-77% accuracy...also why does garchomp have a choice band and swords dance? he cant learn dragon dance either. oh boy your in trouble haha.
